一位崭露头角的喜剧漫画人，因他的表演的视频片段使在网上造成轰动而搬到洛杉矶开始电影事业。。水树晃一（伊东健人配音）是公认的大高个，180cm的身高让他无论身处何地都是最显眼的那一个。一次偶然之中，晃一竟然被名为凯乌斯（小野友树配音）的男子召唤到了巨人国之中，身高250cm的凯乌斯一见到晃一就发出暴言，希望晃一能够成为他的新娘，并且为他繁衍子嗣。就这样，晃一在巨人国里开始了他的新生活。 美蒂娜（藤本教子配音）是凯乌斯原定的未婚妻，哪知道被半路杀出的晃一给抢了王后的位置，因此对晃一总是充满了敌意。巨人国并未一直处于和平状态，隔壁兽人国的巴罗（中泽匡智配音）和贝利（白井悠介配音）一直虎视眈眈。。An under-appreciated, over worked assistant entrusted with a million dollar necklace races to find out which of his friends betrayed him, as he battles a desperate criminal duo bent on stealing the necklace.
