该片改编自2009年讲述波尔卡舞王扬·莱万的纪录片，一代波尔卡传奇舞王扬·莱万(布莱克饰)因欺骗粉丝投资“庞氏骗局”最终锒铛入狱。。2013年，美国洛杉矶发生9.6级大地震，并与美国大陆分裂，成为小岛。美革命分子在岛上成立一支叛变军队，而美国总统更将所有罪犯放遂在这三不管的九反之地。然而总统女儿亦被叛军掳走，因此总统找来斯内克潜入城内，救回女儿并将开启核弹的钥匙夺回。。Johnny is finally old enough to participate in Porkbelly's Annual Running of the Squirrels, but he has to get past his mom, who thinks it's too dangerous. Johnny, the twins and Mom realize it's Father's Day, and they don't have a gift. They try many disastrous attempts, making Dad wish they had never remembered.。
